May 19, 2021 (Brampton, ON): Brampton Library is thrilled to announce a key service improvement, the introduction of an interactive chat function on its public website.

Everyone is invited to use live chat to ask Library staff questions and receive support in real time, during our hours of operation. After hours, chats will transfer to our Ask A Question platform for follow-up.

Get answers to your questions about our service offerings, programs, digital collections, how to get a free Brampton Library card, and more. To obtain the latest information about booking a COVID-19 vaccine, click the blue link on any page of our website, or visit Health and Wellness under the Access tab.

customers. Reserve borrowable items online with your Brampton Library card number and PIN (last four digits of your phone number) and select a curbside pickup location at that time. According to your preference, you'll receive an email or voicemail notification when your held items are ready for pick up anytime during our hours of operation.
