After making her acting debut in Sringaram (2007), Aditi Rao Hydari went on to star in Delhi-6 (2009), Yeh Saali Zindagi (2011) and Rockstar (2011), the latter two getting her supporting best actress nominations. She broke new grounds with her singing debut in 2012's London, Paris, New York, and went on to claim stardom in Mahesh Bhatt's Murder 3, Boss (2013) and Khoobsurat (2014).
In 2015, Hydari became the ambassador for Japanese skin care line KOSÉ and recently became the celebrity face for beauty giant Avon Colour Cosmetics in India.
Hydari's success streak has continued, acting alongside Amitabh Bachchan and Farhan Akhtar in the thriller Wazir (2016) romantic drama Fitoor (2016). Currently, Hydari is working on her upcoming role as a modern day Chandramukhi in Sudhir Mishra's Aur Devdas.
