Actress, model and singer Neeshaa Singh will release a special “Yes We Can India-America” track as a welcome song for US President Barack Obama’s visit to India. Obama is scheduled to visit India for three days beginning from the 6th of November. He is scheduled to stay at the Taj Mahal Hotel in Mumbai, which co-incidentally was the target of the Pakistani terrorist attack also known as 26/11.
Neeshaa Singh a fan of Barack Obama decided to work on the track after the US President’s visit to India was announced. Besides being a welcome song for the Prez’s visit, it is a motivational song targeted at India’s youth.

“Yes We Can” is a collage-style music video inspired by US President Barack Obama’s popularization of the slogan “Yes we can.” During the 2008 US presidential campaign then-Senator Barack Obama, used the similar English translation of the slogan of United Farm Workers “Sí, se puede” (Spanish for “Yes, it can be done”) in his speech.

The song was released on February 2, 2008, by the Black Eyed Peas member Will.i.am. It was honoured with the first-ever Emmy Award for Best New Approaches in Daytime Entertainment.[3] The term “Yes We Can!” became a secondary slogan for Obama’s campaign.
