In the interview he stressed that while selecting the stories he constantly asked himself a question - does this story qualify to make it to the list of 50 stories that he would want to share with a young man to help him lead a fuller and happier life.
In the interview Prakash Iyer also threw light on how he employed a simple and lucid writing style in his debut book.
