Allah Ke Banday Was Shot In 47 Different Locations In Mumbai

November 2, 2010 (Showbiz PR Wire): Director-actor Faruk Kabir, whose Allah Ke Banday traces the journey of two teen criminal boys from the slums right into their adulthood, was shot in 47 different locations in Mumbai.
It’s a guy film with Sharman Joshi and Faruk in lead roles and Anjana Sukhani as Sharman’s love interest.
“The locations were slums in far-off Bhandup and Dharavi. I doubt if any one has shot in the narrow lanes and gallis in which we shot. At times, it was scary as we would be shooting right in front of people’s doors, and they demanded to know what and why we were shooting there. It was the first time that I had ventured into the nooks of these lanes and the experience was an eye-opener,” said Anjana Sukhani.
