Shape your eyebrows, look beautiful, some tips

With the right shape and make up, you can dramatically alter your appearance, we are all blessed with good eyebrows, we just need to give it the right shape.

You will need to determine the shape of your face, brow bone, texture and growth of hair, Eyebrow tweezing and eyebrow shaping, although not painless and not a whole lot of fun, can be the highlight of your expression. ......A great eyebrow shape defines your facial features, enhances your eyes, with or without makeup, and the perfect eyebrow shape for your face can be used to contour your entire facial shape.

Threading has been the most popular form of shaping brows especially in India, where it was originated. It is considered an art, but if done incorrectly it can be very painful, you can self thread, but its limited since you need to stretch the skin or you tend to have lots of nicks. If you have to get them threaded, then remember to stretch the lids very gently but to its maximum. This is the safest and most natural methods. I would highly recommend applying some ancient Chinese fine rice powder prior, since it absorbs excess oil from the skin.

Waxing is more popular in North America; it is commonly believed that waxing eyebrows is more painful. The chemicals used can cause irritation besides the danger of hot wax near the eye, or the hairs can break off, but it’s much faster and cheaper, for people with sensitive skin, the redness remains for several hours and days. Every time you wax, you remove the top layer of the already fine skin, and don’t forget over a period the skin could tend to wrinkle and sag much sooner. If you are looking for a well defined shape and precision then waxing is not for you,

Tweeze only if you have too, it could be an instant solution to clean and shape, but the re-growth can be much thicker and ingrown. In all, the shape is most important the head (start of the eyebrow) arch and tail have to be proportionate. Thin ones are for the retro look, you can fill in or fine tune with a eyebrow pencil color that matches your natural color, The classic arch shapes never go out of fashion so keep that as your safest bet.
