Author launches book campaign for ‘Keep Your Chin Up’

Linda Lendt tells true story on how positive thinking can empower
LONDON, Ontario — Based on her personal experiences and life lessons she has learned, Linda Lendt’s “Keep Your Chin Up” (published by Balboa Press) helps readers understand why it is essential to stay positive even in times of adversity.

Lendt tells how she came up with her book: “I was originally writing it for my children to tell them that life is worthwhile, no matter what!”

In the book, the author is the main character as she reflects on what she has learned throughout her existence. Lendt promises that the book will take readers on a rollercoaster of emotions.

“Keep Your Chin Up” reminds readers to stay positive to keep one’s self from the pits of despair. “This is my personal experiences and what I have learned conveyed to you with humour, and helpful insight.”

An excerpt from the book:
I must force myself to remember that there is a lesson or message in everything- be it good or not so favourable. It makes me aware of my shortcomings, if I choose to take heed. The universe is forcing me to assess myself, to learn, and to grow.
