The Consulate General of India in partnership with Panorama India is celebrating India’s Republic Day

The Consulate General of India in partnership with Panorama India is celebrating India’s Republic Day on Sunday, 2 February 2014 from 11 am to 5 pm at Pearson Convention Centre, 2638 Steeles Avenue East, Brampton. 

The day-long festivities would include a colourful variety-entertainment programme and witness the talents of Indian origin youth and adults,   main highlights of the day-long celebrations would be:

v  5^th Annual Panorama India Idol Contest

v  Cultural performances showcasing various regions of India,

v  Folk dance competition,

v  Drawing competition for children under 15,

v  Indian mela showcasing Meena Bazar, Handicrafts, ethnic outfits, costume jewellery, delicious Indian food & snacks

All members of the Indian community and friends of India are cordially invited to join the celebrations.  The celebration is open, without any entry fees and free parking.  All Indians, Indo-Canadians and friends of India are cordially invited to join the celebrations.
