India supports Sunny Leone?

For once small-time producer and actor Kamaal R Khan or KRK as he is known may have gulped down much more than what he can chew. He probably did not realize when he took “panga” with Sunny Leone that Sunny has millions of fans in India and a billion-strong fan-following in the world. Possibly he is just looking for cheap publicity. Sunny is the most searched celebrity and the most popular adult star in the world and one of the most downloaded too.
In spite of her porn career in the west, she has conducted herself with great élan, respect and keeping in mind India’s conservative hordes, not done or said anything to ruffle the feathers of the conservative crowd.  Not surprisingly, her popularity has increased by the hour and she is most sought after for events and shows and hundreds of producers have made a beeline outside her door to sign her for their projects.  It is little wonder then that, thousands of Indian youth have come out in support of Sunny Leone in her battle against KRK for his insensitive comments and wisecracks. A page on Facebook atfacebook.com/support.sunny.leone made its appearance on Wednesday titled Support Sunny Leone. This is one battle KRK may have to accede to. KRK who has earlier tried to finger the likes of Claudia Ciesla (when she was ejected out of Bigg Boss in 2009) or even Rossa Catalano – Saif Ali Khan’s ex-girlfriend whom KRK had signed on for his film.

Sunny Leone came out the clear winner in a survey conducted by Newz66 among 500 college-going youth in Mumbai and Delhi. All the 500-odd Indian youth interviewed by Newz66 felt that Sunny Leone has done no wrong and KRK is just manipulating the media to garner maximum mileage by using her name and stroking a controversy.  Dear KRK we wish you would for once just let go. You can pretend to be magnanimous and just apologize or keep your trap shut and let the matter die a natural death.
