StarBuzz, Toronto-Another flag in KANDA OPTICAL`S cap with the opening of their 11th branch on 2nd November 2012. It is  in Brisdale Circle, Brampton. The owners of this branch are Mr. and Mrs. Manjeet Gill of famous Azuba and Avani Restaurants of Brampton and Mississauga. The first 100 seniors who arrived at the location were given free glasses as a goodwill gesture towards the community in the celebration of this opening. Estimated over 3000 people visited the new Brisdale location of Kanda Opticals. Amongst them were many celebrities and the well known business personalities of the South Asian community. Mr. Manjeet Gill was very excited about his new venture with Mr. Ashwani  Kanda, of Kanda Opticals chain and said that` ``it is indeed a pleasure to partner with an astute business man like Ashwani. This synergized partnership is going to go a long way and both of them are going to open some more locations in the near future. This location is going to be managed by Manjeet Gill`s son and daughter who are young and are in the process of building up their careers.

It was indeed a fun time for the visitors as the famous Ashwani Kanda hospitality touch was there. Full arrangement of lunch and dinner were at hand. Specially hot and sizzling puri chholas and never ending hot cups of tea with samosas, pakoras and other snacks on the side from the expert cooks of Azuba Restaurant.
