StarBuzz Weekly, Toronto-Jun 06, 2011 – Star Plus premiers a new romantic series based on love-hate relationship - Iss Pyar Ko Kya Naam Doon on June 6, 2011. The Show revolves around two individual who are quite opposite to each other. The series captures the journey of Arnav, a business tycoon, self-concentrated, ruthless and ‘win at all costs’ man.
Iss Pyar Ko Kya Naam Doon talks about Khushi also who is an 18-year old, righteous, intelligent and rooted family girl. She belongs to a small town from UP. She stands for the right and what she believes in.

Star Plus premiers first episode of Iss Pyar Ko Kya Naam Doon on 6th June, 2011 at 8 PM in India. The new series takes the time slot of Chand Chupa Badal Mein. The series is launched on the same concept of “Rishta Wahi, Soch Nayi”. Name of the serial is tentatively based on the most popular lyric of Indian movie - Mujhe Kuch Kehna Hai 2001.
Khushi comes out from her sister’s wedding to talk about dowry and meets Arnav in the first episode of the serial.
