Brad Pitt Ready For Cogan’s Trade

StarBuzz Weekly, Toronto-December 31, 2010: (Hollywood star Brad Pitt has been finalized to play the title character of director Andrew Dominick’s next project Cogan’s Trade, which will start shooting in March 2011. The story of the movie is based on George V. Higgins’s novel, which is about Jackie Cogan.
The sources indicate that the entire film will be shot in the New Orleans area and Brad will play Jackie Cogan. This film will unite Brad with his 2007 film The Assassination of Jesse James by the Coward Robert Ford director Andrew Dominick. The film also stars actors like Mark Ruffalo, Bill Murray, Josh Brolin, Zoe Saldana and Javier Bardem.

Brad and his partner Angelina Jolie own a residence in Louisiana, where the shooting will take place so it will be like a home away from home for the actor. He is shooting in this city after his 2008 movie The Curious Case of Benjamin Button.

The movie is a crime thriller and will deal with the investigations of the professional enforcer Jackie Cogan. He investigates a heist that occurred during a poker game. Director Andrew Dominick is also writing the movie.
