Brad Pitt Planning For A Film On Late Beatles Star, John Lennon

StarBuzz Weekly, Toronto-January 8, 2011: Hollywood star Brad Pitt is planning a biopic on late English musician John Lennon, who became popular mainly for being one of the founder members of music band ‘The Beatles’. He will be producing the film and is likely to play the character of the late musician also.

Brad has reportedly met Lennon’s wife Yoko Ono to learn about her late husband. He also discussed about the role with the lady, who was much more than happy to help and offered her good wishes and blessings for the project. Brad Pit impressed Yoko with his interest of learning to sing in the Liverpool accent.

The 47 year old actor has already appointed a writer to pen down the script. Yoko also made it clear that her blessings will remain with the project till the moment it continues to show the real life of John.

Brad is taking a challenging job with this film as he has expressed his intentions of crooning all the numbers himself. He is also planning to undertake voice lessons. However, if he cannot do it properly then John’s voice will be used.

They have not yet announced the name of the director for the film. Hope Brad can do justice with the late musician’s role.
