The Children's Breakfast Clubs and VIA Rail's Senior Manager Vladimir Jean-Pierre help launch Rail Safety WeekOn Monday, April 25, 2016 The Children's Breakfast Clubs and VIA Rail's Senior Manager, Customer Experience, Vladimir Jean-Pierre will be visiting Warden Woods Public School's Breakfast Club to help launch Rail Safety Week that runs from April 25, 2016 to May 1, 2016. Vladimir will be giving a short presentation on railway safety in order to educate the children about the importance of being safe around rail tracks and railway crossings. In addition to providing the children with this important information, Vladimir will be cooking a warm and nutritious breakfast for them as well.
The Children's Breakfast Clubs is a non-profit organization which provides hot, nutritious, culturally-reflective breakfasts every morning to thousands of children across the GTA and in rural Ontario. As a result, the children who attend our Clubs have a healthy start to their day, develop better social skills, boost their energy levels to participate in school and other activities, and clearly exhibit increased self-esteem.
