Well guess what “news” today guys – wannabe starlets Alisa Khan was chased by her co-star Rakhi Voha who “allegedly” ‘got fresh’ with her while sharing a suite.
This is one of the oldest tricks in any publicists’ book. And we are surprised that a reputed tabloid like our very own Mid-day would publish such a story. Come on guys, if you don’t have any good stories, check out website. Our publicity stunts are even better than this one. ; ) ; )
Remember Rakhi Sawant a few years kissing her co-star Kainaaz on the lips – with whom she was having a spat – just before the release of a Deepak Tijori movie in full media glare.
Anyway for the record here is the news as dished out by the press release or write up and covered by Mid-day and other websites:
The two actresses were shooting for a very forgettable film titled My Husband’s Wife when the “incident” happened.
“When I was shooting for the movie, my co-actress, Rakhi Vohra suggested that we share the same suite in a five star hotel in Kuala Lumpur. I agreed to shift to her room because I thought I would have some company. However, I didn’t know what was awaiting me,” Alisa told Mid Day.
“Rakhi started getting fresh with me. She started stripping and chasing me stark naked. When I protested, she locked me inside the room and went for the shoot alone,” she added.
Apparently, Alisa had to call up one of the actors Pawan Sharma and producer Vinod Chhabra, who eventually ‘pleaded with Rakhi to give them the keys’. Needless to say, the rooms of the ladies were changed and now it seems they can’t see eye to eye.
That’s not all. Apparently, Khan has been so jolted by the experience that she has decided to drop acting and is planning to join an aviation company as an airhostess. Well we think a particular airline with nice red outfits would love such a drama queen.
Interestingly, Alisa plays a psychotic lover in the film My Husband’s Wife, which also stars Prem Chopra, Shakti Kapoor and Rati Agnihotri.
The articles quote all the characters in the “publicity drama” to make it sound authentic – the director and producer, Vinod Chabbra and the two actors. Our source, another co-star told us that the two actors or should we call them wannabe starlets – that sounds more appropriate - and the producer had a good laugh when the story was published. Apparently, we hear that they have already begun plotting the next publicity stunt.
