'Punjabiyaan di Ho Gayi Bale-Bale"Dharmendra unveils "Sparkling Punjab" First Coffee Table Book on Punjab.


StarBuzz Weekly, Toronto-Mumbai (12-03011) : Most regarded figure of Bollywood Actor Dharmendra unveiled the recent coffee table book " Sparkling Punjab".On the occasion the veteran superstar said "the book is so beautiful that it reflects the real colors of Punjab. "I am fortunate enough for having the copy of this book in my hands at the release. People of Punjab must feel proud for having the first coffee table book on their state, culture and lifestyle".

The book is the result of two years extensive journey by Vijay Singal and Atul Bhardwaj through out the state. This book reflects almost all the aspects of Punjabi life through vibrant pictures and impressive  text. On this occasion "Ganga A Divinity In Flow" fame author Vijay Singal, who originally belongs to Malerkotla of Sangrur district" said there are so many subjects  in the country but I opted for Punjab only because "writing about Punjab means writing about myself."

Atul Bhardwaj, Photographer of the book, said after completion of "Ganga A Divinity In Flow" some renowned publishing houses of the country tried to get him for the subjects of their choice, but he had his own choice to work upon. In his words " Punjab has wide angle apportunities - full of different subjects. Its culture is rich, but I was surprised when I came to know that there is no pictorial  reflection of the state in the form of book and ultimately I opted to work on the state. Published by Vision India Publications 'Sparkling Punjab'  is a must read book for all kinds of readers inside or outside the country.
