Kolkatta: 14th March 2010: Raaj Mukherjee, the renowned Bengali film director announces his next Bengali movie titled – Darling. Darling is an all out commercial flick with new faces in the lead. The entire movie revolves around a unique plot and a style of narration. It’s an wholesome family entertainment with all the elements of Romance, Action, Drama and Humor. The movie is being extensively shot in Malaysia, Kutch and North Bengal.


The production house is determined to make this a quality production and has given the director a free hand to scale up the quality of production to an extent as never witnessed before in Bengali movies. Darling has 6 scintillating numbers by renowned Music Director, Subhayu. The Technical team boasts of names like Sandip Sen for Cinematography, Tapas Chakraborty for Editing, Sohorab Ali for Makeup and  Sabari Chakravarti for Costumes.

Raaj Mukherjee after presenting to the Bengali movie-goers notable movies like Nagardola, Shatabdir Galpo and Raat Bhor which were critically acclaimed and commercial success too is all set to recreate the magic with this entertainer – “Darling”. The movie has Mayukh, Aishwarya and Riya in the lead, apart from an illustrious list of supporting cast.
