Ingredients
Potatoes, boiled and cut into 1 inch pieces 2 large
Pomegranate pearls 1 cup
Onion, chopped 1 large
Green chillies, chopped 2
Peanuts, roasted ½ cup
Fresh coriander leaves, chopped 2 tablespoons
Fresh mint leaves, chopped 1 tablespoon
Chaat masala 2 teaspoons
Salt to taste
Sev ½ cup
Lemon juice 1 teaspoon
Green chutney (optional) 2 tablespoons
Method
- In a large bowl combine potatoes, pomegranate pearls, onion, green chillies, peanuts, coriander leaves, mint leaves, chaat masala and salt and toss well.
- Add sev, lemon juice and green chutney (if using) and toss the mixture again.
- Transfer the mixture into individual bowls and serve immediately.
