Master Chef SANJEEV KAPOOR'S Recipe: ALOO ANAARDANA CHAAT










 












ALOO ANAARDANA CHAAT

Ingredients                                                                

Potatoes, boiled and cut into 1 inch pieces   2 large 
Pomegranate pearls                                     1 cup                                       
Onion, chopped                                          1 large                                     
Green chillies, chopped                                2                                 
Peanuts, roasted                                           ½ cup                                      
Fresh coriander leaves, chopped                   2 tablespoons                          
Fresh mint leaves, chopped                           1 tablespoon                            
Chaat masala                                              2 teaspoons                                         
Salt                                                               to taste
Sev                                                               ½ cup                                      
Lemon juice                                                  1 teaspoon                                          
Green chutney (optional)                              2 tablespoons                                                  
Method

  1. In a large bowl combine potatoes, pomegranate pearls, onion, green chillies, peanuts, coriander leaves, mint leaves, chaat masala and salt and toss well.
  2. Add sev, lemon juice and green chutney (if using) and toss the mixture again.
  3. Transfer the mixture into individual bowls and serve immediately.
