Oct 28, 2010 – The Superstar of Marathi Cinema, Makarand Anaspure, is back with a brand new lok for his new film DAVPECH. The drama is produced by Smt. Murali Manohar Borkar, Shri. Arjun Manohar Borkar and directed by the duo of Sachin Vartak & Bhimrao Mude. DAVPECH is based on the people living in the village town 'Phoolgaon' and the actor indeed has worked a lot on his new look.
In DAVPECH, the Director in an entertaining way paints a compulsive portrait of the 2 thieves who arrive at the Town Phoolgaon, who are trying to win Luck which is a prestigious thing for the Town.

Makarand Anaspure is an Indian actor. He is popular on television and has acted in several Marathi movies in his career. He is mainly known for his comedy and intelligent roles in Marathi cinema. He has also played a cameo for one episode in the Hindi serial "Tu Tu Main Main" as an Umpire along with co-stars - Bharat Jadhav (Pachadlela fame) and Arun kadam (Pran Jaaye Par Shaan Na Jaaye).
Makarand started his career using his highly unique proficiency in the Marathwada accent of Marathi language and it is one of his is his specialties. He is a very hardworking actor and one of the top rated actor in the Marathi film industry.
