"I am pleased to annonce that Paul Nguyen of TorontoI the winner of this year's PAUL YUZYKAWARD OF MULTICULTURISM" Minister Kenney said at the event celebration of Canadian Multiculturalism Day. "Mr. Nguyen's work in the Jane & Finch neighbourhood and his activismon issues affecting at- risk diverse youth in his community deserves recognition"
He further said "Canada's future is being built by Canadians of all backgrounds integrating into a proud and democratic society."
Ceremony for the Award for Multiculturalism was held in a gala function in Toronto.
