AN OPEN MESSAGE FOR PAKISTAN CONSULATE OFFICE IN TORONTO FROM TAHIR ASLAM GORA Dated: 20th Feb, 2013 Friends, I could not find a minute yesterday for Facebook and Twitter. In the meanwhile, I kept receiving hundreds messages through Email, Facebook, Twitter, Text and phone calls since last 48 hours and everyone was asking me the same question that what happened with the Kashmiri Hindu Pandits' talk in my show? I couldn't conduct my investigation for a while because I was busy in some important meetings, followed by attending Honourable Prime Minister Stephan Harper's special announcement ceremony at Ahmaddiya Mosque Maple. It was also a pleasure to meet honourable Prime Minister there. Afterwards, I spend a fair amount of time to investigate why my talk-show video has been removed from Rawal TV's website and its youtube channel.

The aspirations of a billion people of India will ensure prosperity: Mukesh Ambani
Mukesh Ambani is India's wealthiest man and runs a conglomerate with significant energy holdings. He had not granted a television interview in 10 years prior to speaking recently to CNN's Fareed Zakaria for this weekend's 'FAREED ZAKARIA GPS' program. Zakaria asked Ambani about his outlook on the global economy, specifically the American economy, and his response included a prediction about America's energy future. Below, is an excerpt of the interview:
FAREED ZAKARIA, Host 'FAREED ZAKARIA GPS': Tell me, you have a vantage point to look at the global economy. You run India’s largest company. Where do you think we are, um, five years after the financial crisis began?
MUKESH AMBANI, CHAIRMAN, RELIANCE INDUSTRIES: Well, I’m more optimistic than most. And, my view is that this year, we will see the beginning of a recovery, particularly in the U.S.
ZAKARIA: And you - and you - you think that that's because just the inherent strengths of the U.S. economy?
AMBANI: There has been a fundamental transformation in the energy scene in the US. For many decades, we have heard that the U.S. will be independent of foreign imports of energy. Realistically, I can now tell you that it is my judgment that this will happen in the next five or seven years, The U.S. has truly found non-conventional energy in shale oil and gas which is really, really bringing benefit not only to the population in the U.S., but, really, to across the world.
ZAKARIA: You've invested in solar? Do you think, in the next 10 or 15 years, the costs will come down dramatically?
AMBANI: Absolutely. I think so. And I think that, ultimately, the way I think about energy is that we will transit from what I call a hydrocarbon present, which is coal, oil and natural gas, over the next many decades, into a fully renewable, sustainable future. And solar really will be at the heart of it.

Some Kashmiri and other separatists protested at Pearson Convention Centre, Brampton while waving Pakistani flags. The venue was hosting the Republic Day of India celebrations held under the aegis of the Consulate General of India and Panorama India on 27th January 2013. Peel Police denied the media, some of whom were members of the South Asian Press Club of Canada, to take the photographs of the protesters and this raises a lot of questions, such as is the establishment in Canada favouring the protestors? The above pictures were taken later from facebook.

This makes sense .. The Chinese and Japanese drink hot tea with their meals not cold water. Maybe it is time we adopt their drinking habit while eating!!! Nothing to lose, everything to gain...
For those who like to drink cold water, this article is applicable to you.
It is nice to have a cup of cold drink after a meal. However, the cold water will solidify the oily stuff that you have just consumed. It will slow down the digestion.
Once this 'sludge' reacts with the acid, it will break down and be absorbed by the intestine faster than the solid food. It will line the intestine.
Very soon, this will turn into fats and lead to cancer. It is best to drink hot soup or warm water after a meal.
A serious note about heart attacks:
· Women should know that not every heart attack symptom is going to be the left arm hurting,
· Be aware of intense pain in the jaw line.
· You may never have the first chest pain during the course of a heart attack.
· Nausea and intense sweating are also common symptoms.
· 60% of people who have a heart attack while they are asleep do not wake up.
· Pain in the jaw can wake you from a sound sleep. Let's be careful and be aware. The more we know, the better chance we could survive...

For once small-time producer and actor Kamaal R Khan or KRK as he is known may have gulped down much more than what he can chew. He probably did not realize when he took “panga” with Sunny Leone that Sunny has millions of fans in India and a billion-strong fan-following in the world. Possibly he is just looking for cheap publicity. Sunny is the most searched celebrity and the most popular adult star in the world and one of the most downloaded too.
OTTAWA, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Feb. 5, 2013) -As part of Black History Month, all Canadians are invited to take part in recognizing the achievements of black Canadians who work in law enforcement, Citizenship, Immigration and Multiculturalism Minister Jason Kenney announced today.
"Black Canadians have made significant contributions to all areas of Canadian life, and this year we are focusing our celebration on the contributions of past black pioneers and present leaders who have done so much to serve and protect our communities," said Minister Kenney, at the Canadian War Museum for the launch of Black History Month.
February 5, 2013 -Foreign Affairs Minister John Baird today announced that the Harper government is taking further steps to combat corruption and bribery by tabling amendments to theCorruption of Foreign Public Officials Act in the Senate. He delivered the following remarks in Ottawa:
“Our government’s top priority is securing jobs, growth and long-term prosperity. In our international dealings, this takes many forms.
“It involves positioning Canada as a reliable supplier of the resources emerging markets need to grow.
“It involves pursuing an aggressive, pro-trade agenda.
“It involves creating the conditions for Canadian businesses to succeed.
“But our government also expects Canadian business to play by the rules.
“Canadian companies can compete with the best and win fairly.
“To signal our commitment and our expectation that other countries do the same, I am pleased to announce that our government is redoubling our fight against bribery and corruption.
“Today, reforms are being introduced in the Senate that will further deter and prevent Canadian companies from bribing foreign public officials. These amendments will help ensure that Canadian companies continue to act in good faith in the pursuit of freer markets and expanded global trade.
“Canada is a trading nation. Our economy and future prosperity depend upon expanding our trade ties with the world. This, we hope, is a good faith sign that Canada’s good name retains its currency.”
Jason Kenney scans the dense crowd of roughly 20,000 Sikh Canadians in traditional dress and multicoloured turbans here to mark Vaisakhi—the annual celebration commemorating the foundation of this community originally from India’s northeast. Sitting cross-legged on the thin grey carpeting covering the enormous stage, the minister is inwardly cringing.
He doesn’t like what he sees. In front of him, a dozen yellow and blue Khalistan flags are splitting the crowd near the podium, held by men fighting the hot early May sun in T-shirts. The man at the mic, speaking Punjabi, suddenly speeds up and radicalizes his tone. He speaks of genocide, of violent clashes and of the independence of Khalistan—a country that a faction of Sikh nationalists would like to carve from India. It’s too much. Kenney, who’s picked up some Punjabi since becoming minister of citizenship, immigration and multiculturalism in 2008, stands mid-sentence, crosses the room and exits as three baffled Conservative MPs look on, unsure whether or not they should follow.

The movie is
conceptualized from a real-life daring heist on a prominent Jeweler in Mumbai,
India on 19-March-1987. An unknown man posing as CBI officer Mon Singh,
recruited 26 men posing as income tax officers, masterminded & executed a
daylight income tax raid on the Opera House branch of a jeweler “Tribhovandas
Bhimji Zaveri” and disappeared with a big haul of jewelry. The incident shocked
jewelers across Zaveri Bazaar in Mumbai and the police were unable to apprehend
any suspect. Folklore is that the unknown con-man was Natwarlal, who sold
iconic national monuments like “Taj Mahal, Red Fort & Rashtrapati
Bhavan” to unsuspecting investors. Natwarlal a master of disguises,
used many aliases and novel ideas to cheat a number of industrialists.
Till the very end no one was able to catch him and remains a mystery even in
his death.
